چکیده

هدف از انجام این تحقیق بررسی تاثیر ویژگی های مدیرعامل بر مدیریت سرمایه در گردش در شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران با توجه به چرخه عمر شرکت است. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ شیوه همبستگی و از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل کلیه شرکتهای فعال در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در خلال سالهای  1395 تا 1399 است که حجم نمونه به روش غربالگری برابر با 114 شرکت تعیین شده است. داده های تحقیق از نوع ترکیبی بوده است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از رگرسیون خطی ساده با نرم افزار ایویز استفاده شده است. نتایج به دست آمده از بررسی های آماری نشان داده است که  دو شاخص تخصص و دوران تصدی تاثیر معناداری بر مدیریت سرمایه در گردش دارند. در حالیکه این تحقیق به شواهدی مبنی بر تاثیر معنادار سطح تحصیلات مدیرعامل بر مدیریت سرمایه در گردش دست نیافته است.

Abstract
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of the CEO’s characteristics on working capital management in companies listed on the Tehran Stock Exchange, considering the company’s life cycle. The current research is applied in terms of correlation method and in terms of purpose. The statistical population of the research includes all companies active in the Tehran Stock Exchange during the years 2015 to 2019, and the sample size is determined by the screening method to be equal to 114 companies. The research data was of mixed type and simple linear regression was used to analyze the data with Eaves software. The results obtained from statistical studies have shown that two indicators of expertise and tenure have a significant impact on working capital management. While this research did not find any evidence of a significant effect of CEO’s education level on working capital management.
