واکاوی الزامات مؤثر بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان ابتدایی در شهرستان خرم آباد

چکیده

نظام­های آموزشی نقش مهمی در ایجاد سرمایه انسانی ایفا می­کند، یکی از ضرورت­های نظام آموزشی، موفقیت در ادامه و گسترش مهارت­های لازم تحصیلی در دانش آموزان است. میزان پیشرفت تحصیلی یکی از ملاک­های ارزیابی نظام­های آموزشی به شمار می­رود که تحت تأثیر عوامل گوناگونی قرار دارد، با توجه به گوناگونی این عوامل تحقیق حاضر بر آن است تا به واکاوی الزامات مؤثر بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان ابتدایی در شهرستان خرم آباد بپردازد. پژوهش حاضر از نظر نوع هدف كاربردي و نحوه گردآوري داده­ها از نوع توصيفي است، داده­ها به شيوه ميداني و با استفاده از پرسشنامه جمع­آوري گرديد و تجزيه و تحليل داده­ها توسط نرم افزار SPSS25 انجام شد. جامعه آماري اين تحقيق 130 نفر از دانش آموزان ابتدایی در شهرستان خرم آباد در سال 1402 مي­باشد كه از بين تعداد دانش آموزان مشغول به تحصیل، تعداد 96 نفر با استفاده از جدول کرجسی و مورگان به­عنوان حجم نمونه تعيين و سپس به روش نمونه­گيري تصادفی ساده انتخاب و با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته مبناي گردآوري داده­هاي مورد نياز قرار گرفتند. روايي شكلي و محتوايي ابزار تحقيق با استفاده از نظرسنجي ده نفر از معلمان مشغول به خدمت در شهرستان خرم آباد مورد تأييد قرار گرفت و براي سنجش پايايي از پيش­آزمون و آلفاي­كرونباخ (87/0) استفاده شد. بر اساس نتايج تحليل عاملي اكتشافي مؤلفه­های تأثير­گذار بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش آموزان ابتدایی در شهرستان خرم آباد به­ترتيب اهميت در چهار گروه 1) الزامات آموزشی- حمایتی 2)زیرساختی 3) ارتباطی و 4) تشویقی دسته­بندي شدند. اين الزامات توانستند 65 درصد از واريانس كل را تبيين نمايند.

Analyzing the requirements affecting the academic progress of primary school students in Khorram Abad city

abstract

Educational systems play an important role in creating human capital, one of the necessities of the educational system is the success in continuing and developing the necessary academic skills in students. The level of academic progress is one of the evaluation criteria of educational systems, which is influenced by various factors, considering the variety of these factors, the researcher is willing to analyze the requirements affecting the educational progress of elementary school students in Khorram Abad city. The current research is descriptive in terms of the type of practical purpose and the method of data collection, the data was collected in the field using a questionnaire, and the data analysis was done by SPSS25 software. The statistical population of this research is 130 elementary school students in Khorramabad city in 1402, out of the number of students who are studying, 96 students were selected using the Karjesi and Morgan table as the sample size and then selected by simple random sampling. And by using the questionnaire made by the researcher, they were used to collect the required data. The form and content validity of the research tool was confirmed using a survey of ten teachers working in Khorram Abad city, and pre-test and Cronbach’s alpha (0.87) were used to measure reliability. Based on the results of exploratory factor analysis, the factors influencing the academic progress of elementary school students in Khorramabad city were classified in order of importance in four groups: 1) educational-supportive requirements, 2) infrastructure, 3) communication and 4) encouragement. These requirements could explain 65% of the total variance.
