هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر مدیران بیرونی بر عملکرد مالی با توجه به نقش چرخه عمر است. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی و به شیوه اجرا همبستگی است. همچنین به لحاظ جمع آوری داده ها کتابخانه ای است. جامعه آماری کلیه شرکتهای پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است و نمونه 112 شرکتی پژوهش به روش حذف سیستماتیک به دست آمده است. داده ها از نوع ترکیبی بوده و شیوه تجزیه و تحلیل رگرسیون خطی ساده است. بر اساس نتایج به دست آمده مشخص شده است که مدیران بیرونی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر عملکرد شرکت برجای می گذارند. همچنین نتایج نشان می دهد که این نتیجه در دوره های مختلف عمر شرکت متفاوت است.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of external managers on financial performance according to the role of the life cycle. The current research is applied in terms of purpose and correlational in its execution method. It is also a library in terms of data collection. The statistical population is all the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange, and the sample of 112 research companies was obtained by the method of systematic elimination. The data is of mixed type and the method of linear regression analysis is simple. Based on the obtained results, it has been determined that external managers have a positive and significant impact on the company’s performance. Also, the results show that this result is different in different periods of the company’s life
