چکیده:
هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مشکلات اقتصادی و تفویض اختیار بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای در میان کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر شیراز می‌باشد. تحقیق حاضر ازنظر هدف، یک تحقیق کاربردی و ازلحاظ روش، توصیفی و از نوع پیمایشی و مبتنی بر معادلات ساختاری است. جامعه آماری کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شهر شیراز است که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 108 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه آماری انتخاب گردیده و به روش غیر احتمالی در دسترس تحت نمونه‌گیری قرار گرفتند. ابزار تحقیق، پرسشنامه استاندارد بوده است. تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها نیز به‌منظور کسب یافته‌های توصیفی و استنباطی با استفاده از نرم‌افزار spss و Smart-PLS انجام گردید. نتایج حاصل از آزمون فرضیه‌های تحقیق نشان داد که مشکلات اقتصادی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد؛ و همچنین رابطه مثبت و معنادار تفویض اختیار بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای تائید شد.

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the economic problems and delegation of authority over professional ethics among the staff of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences.The present research is an applied research in terms of purpose and descriptive in terms of method, survey type and based on structural equations. In terms of purpose, the present study is an applied research and in terms of method, descriptive and survey type and based on structural equations. The statistical population is all employees of Shiraz University of Medical Sciences. Using Cochran’s formula, 108 people were selected as a statistical sample and sampled by non-probability method. The research tool was a standard questionnaire. The research tool was a standard questionnaire.The research instrument was a standard questionnaire. Data analysis was performed for descriptive and inferential findings using SPSS and Smart-PLS software.
