چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مدیریت دانش بر مدیریت آموزشی دبیران اداره آموزش و پرورش در شهر پارس آباد می‌باشد. پژوهش حاضر بر مبنای هدف کاربردی و از نظر گرداوری اطلاعات توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه دبیران اداره آموزش و پرورش شهرستان پارس آباد به تعداد 95 نفر در سال 1402 می باشد که با توجه به کم بودن تعداد جامعه آماری، حجم نمونه تمام شمار و همان تعداد 95 نفر انتخاب می شوند. در این پژوهش برای ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. برای روایی پرسشنامه ها از روایی محتوا که با بررسی چند تن از اساتید و خبرگان دانشگاهی تایید شد و پایایی آن‌ها با استفاده آلفای کرونباخ (مقدار آلفای کرونباخ کل=821/0) استفاده گردیده است و برای آزمون فرضیه ها از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون استفاده شده است. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که مدیریت دانش بر مدیریت آموزشی دبیران در شهر پارس آباد تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد.

abstract
The purpose of the research is to investigate the impact of knowledge management on the educational management of teachers of the Department of Education in Pars Abad city. The current research was based on a practical purpose and in terms of collecting descriptive and correlational information. The statistical population of this research includes all the teachers of the Department of Education of Pars Abad city in the number of 95 people in 1402. Due to the small number of the statistical population, the total sample size and the same number of 95 people are selected. In this research, a researcher-made questionnaire was used as a tool for data collection. For the validity of the questionnaires, content validity, which was confirmed by the review of several university professors and experts, and their reliability using Cronbach’s alpha (total Cronbach’s alpha = 0.821) was used, and Pearson’s correlation and regression tests were used to test the hypotheses. has been used The results of the research indicated that knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on the educational management of teachers in Pars Abad city.
