چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی ارتباط بین ویژگی‌های فردی اعضای هیئت‌مدیره بر ارزش‌افزوده اقتصادی تعدیل‌شده در شرکت­های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران است. جهت آزمون فرضيه­هاي تحقیق نمونه­اي متشکل از 125 شرکت از بين شرکت­هاي پذیرفته‌شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران در دوره زمانی 1389 تا 1395 انتخاب گرديد. داده­هاي موردنیاز جهت محاسبه متغيرهاي تحقیق، از بانک­ اطلاعاتي «ره‌آورد نوين» استخراج‌شده است. براي تعيين نمونه آماري، از روش حذف غربالگری استفاده خواهد شد. براي تعيين معنادار بودن مدل رگرسيون و پارامترهاي حاصل از تخمين مدل رگرسيون، به ترتيب از آماره­هاي F وt استفاده می‌شود. همچنين براي تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها و استخراج نتايج تحقیق، از نرم‌افزارهای Excel و Eviews9 استفاده می‌گردد. نتایج نشان داد که ویژگی‌های فردی اعضای هیئت‌مدیره بر ارزش‌افزوده اقتصادی تعدیل‌شده در شرکت­های پذیرفته شده در بورس اوراق بهادار تهران تاثیر معناداری دارد.

abstract

The aim of the current research is to examine the relationship between the individual characteristics of the board members on the adjusted economic value added in the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange. In order to test the research hypotheses, a sample consisting of 125 companies was selected from among the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange in the period from 1389 to 1395. The data needed to calculate the research variables were extracted from the “Rehvard Navin” database. To determine the statistical sample, the elimination screening method will be used. F and t statistics are used to determine the significance of the regression model and the parameters obtained from the estimation of the regression model. Also, Excel and Eviews9 software are used to analyze data and extract research results. The results showed that the individual characteristics of the members of the board of directors have a significant effect on the adjusted economic value added in the companies admitted to the Tehran Stock Exchange.
