چکیده

در دنیای دانش محور امروز موفقیت و پیشبرد هر شرکت و سازمان به توانایی و سازمان‌دهی مدیریت دارایی‌‌‌ها از جمله دارایی ناملموس «نامشهود» غیر‌مالی سرمایه فکری دارد که از دیدگاه رقابتی و سودآوری نقش کلیدی و برجسته‌ای را در پایداری و ایجاد ثروت شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها از خود نشان داده است. لذا، شناخت سرمایه فکری امری بسیار ضروری و حیاتی به شمار می‌آید. بنابراین هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناخت تاثیر سرمایه فکری در حسابداری و ورزش می باشد. سرمایه فکری یک مدل جدید کاملی را برای مشاهده ارزش واقعی سازمان‌ها و شرکت‌ها فراهم می‌آورد و با استفاده از آن می‌توان ارزش آتی شرکت‌ها و سازمان‌ها را محاسبه و اندازه‌گیری نمود. شایان ذکر است بکارگیری سرمایه فکری زمینه رشد و شکوفایی، نوآوری، کارآفرینی و نهایتاً توسعه اقتصادی را در کشور پایه‌ریزی می‌نماید.

Abstract
In today’s knowledge-driven world, the success and progress of every company and organization depends on the ability and organization of asset management, including intangible “intangible” non-financial intellectual capital, which from a competitive and profitable point of view plays a key and prominent role in the stability and creation of the wealth of companies and organizations. has shown Therefore, knowing the intellectual capital is very necessary and vital. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know the impact of intellectual capital in accounting and sports. Intellectual capital provides a complete new model to observe the real value of organizations and companies, and by using it, the future value of companies and organizations can be calculated and measured. It is worth mentioning that the use of intellectual capital lays the foundation for growth and prosperity, innovation, entrepreneurship and finally economic development in the country.
