چکیده

امروز شرکت­ها به مدیریت زنجیره‌ی تامین به عنوان یک ابزار استراتژیکی نگاه می‌کنند تا مزایای رقابتی خود را افزایش دهند و از طرفی افزایش چالش های محیطی بصورت اجتناب ناپذیری روش های انجام کار ما را تغییر داده، چالش‌هایی نظیر تغییر سریع، ظهور اینترنت، تنوع نیروی کار، جهانی شدن، تکامل یافتن و متحول شدن نقش‌های کاری و خانوادگی، فقدان و کمبود مهارت ها، و ظهور بخش خدمات تنها بر ساختار سازمانی اثر نداشته است بلکه ماهیت و نقش عاملیت کسب و کار را نیز تغییر داده است. که هر دو عامل می تواند عملکرد شرکت را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد بنابراین در اين پژوهش قصد بر اين است تا نقش استراتژی چابک زنجیره‌ی تامین و فناوری اطلاعات بر بهبود عملکرد شرکتها بررسي شود. جامعه آماري شامل کلیه بانک های سپه در استان فارس می باشد. که بر اساس جدول مورگان 291 نفر به دست آمد برای اندازه‌گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد که به روش نمونه¬گيري غیر تصادفی در¬دسترس میان مدیران و کارکنان بانک سپه توزيع و جمع‌آوري گردید. روايي پرسشنامه به‌صورت تشخيصي، همگرا و واگرا و پايايي پرسشنامه نیز با ضريب آلفاي کرونباخ بررسي شد. آزمون مدل پژوهش بر اساس روش معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل صورت گرفت. نتايج نشان داد که زنجیره تامین ناب بر بهبود عملکرد شرکت تاثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. همچنین رابطه مثبت و معنادار بین فناوری اطلاعات و بهبود عملکرد شرکت تایید شد.

abstract

Today, companies look at supply chain management as a strategic tool to increase their competitive advantages, and on the other hand, increasing environmental challenges have inevitably changed the way we do our work, challenges such as rapid change, the emergence of the Internet, and the diversity of the workforce. Globalization, the evolution and transformation of work and family roles, the lack of skills, and the emergence of the service sector have not only affected the organizational structure, but also changed the nature and role of business agency. that both factors can affect the performance of the company, therefore, in this research, the aim is to investigate the role of agile supply chain strategy and information technology on improving the performance of companies. The statistical population includes all Sepeh banks in Fars province. Based on the Morgan table, 291 people were obtained. To measure the variables, a standard questionnaire was used, which was distributed and collected among the managers and employees of Sepeh Bank by non-random sampling method. The diagnostic, convergent and divergent validity of the questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire were also evaluated with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The test of the research model was based on structural equation method and using Lisrel software. The results showed that the lean supply chain has a positive and significant effect on improving the company’s performance. Also, the positive and significant relationship between information technology and improving company performance was confirmed.
