بررسی تأثیر فناوری بلاکچین بر مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک در صنعت بیمه

چکیده

بلاکچین یکی از فناوری های برافکن و انقلابی است که با توجه به طیف وسیع کاربرد قابلیت های آن، طی چند سال آینده تغییرات شگرفی در تمامی ابعاد سازمان ها ایجاد خواهد کرد و در هر کشور و هر صنعتی، به تناسب نیازهای خود از این فناوری بهره خواهد برد .بنابراین هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر فناوری بلاکچین بر مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک در صنعت بیمه می باشد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش کلیه کارکنان صنعت بیمه در استان تهران می باشند. حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان تعداد 384 نفر به دست آمد که بر اساس روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شدند.  به‌منظور اندازه‌گیری متغیرها از پرسشنامه استاندارد استفاده شد. روايي پرسشنامه به‌صورت تشخيصي، همگرا و واگرا و پايايي پرسشنامه نیز با ضريب آلفاي کرونباخ بررسي گرديد. آزمون مدل پژوهش بر اساس روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار  LISREL انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که فناوری بلاکچین بر مدیریت منابع انسانی الکترونیک در صنعت بیمه تاثیر معنی داری دارد.

Abstract
Blockchain is one of the disruptive and revolutionary technologies that, due to the wide range of application of its capabilities, will create tremendous changes in all aspects of organizations in the next few years, and every country and every industry can use this technology according to their needs. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to investigate the impact of blockchain technology on electronic human resources management in the insurance industry. The statistical population of this research is all employees of the insurance industry in Tehran province. The sample size was obtained by using Morgan’s table, the number of 384 people who were selected based on the available random sampling method. In order to measure the variables, a standard questionnaire was used. The diagnostic, convergent and divergent validity of the questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire were also evaluated with Cronbach’s alpha coefficient. The research model was tested based on structural equation method and LISREL software. The results showed that blockchain technology has a significant impact on electronic human resource management in the insurance industry.
