چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش رسانه های مجازی در ارتقا عملکرد آموزشی مربیان بهداشت صورت گرفته است. از منظر هدف کاربردی و از منظر روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی می باشد .نمونه آماری پژوهش حاضر مشتمل بر مربیان بهداشت مدارس شهرستان قائمشهر می باشد که با استفاد ه از فرمول کوکران برابر با 125 نفر محاسبه شده است. روش گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش کتابخانه ای میدانی می باشد. به منظور توصيف يافته‏ها، از روشهای آماری از قبیل آمار توصیفی،. آزمون کولموگروهف-اسمیرنوف وآزمون و جهت سنجش متغییرها از پیرسون جهت شناسایی اختلاف آموزه ها تی تک نمونه ای و از نرم افزار Spss استفاده شد.. به صورت کلی می توان نتیجه گیری نمود که علی رغم تغییر شیوه آموزشی از آموزش حضوری به آموزش غیرحضوری) آموزش مجازی و تولید محتوای الکترونیکی (تغییر نقش معلم بالاخص مربیان بهداشت در امر آموزش، کاهش تقابل چهره به چهره معلم و شاگرد، عدم آموزش مستقیم معلم، و نیز کاهش چشمگیر حضور دانش آموزان در کلاس ، کیفیت آموزشی پایین امده است.

abstract

The current research was conducted with the aim of investigating the role of virtual media in improving the educational performance of health educators. From the point of view of the objective, it is applied and from the point of view of descriptive-survey research method. The statistical sample of the current research consists of health educators of schools in Qaimshahr city, which was calculated using Cochran’s formula equal to 125 people. The method of collecting information in this research is a field library. In order to describe the findings, statistical methods such as descriptive statistics. Kolmogrohoff-Smirnov test and test and to measure the variables Pearson was used to identify the difference between the teaching methods and Spss software was used. Virtual education and electronic content production (changing the role of teachers, especially health educators in education, reducing the face-to-face confrontation between teachers and students, lack of direct teacher training, and also a significant decrease in the attendance of students in the class, the quality of education has decreased.
